5) If you do not pay the delivery charge after being asked, we will cancel the order in 24 hours.

Conditions for Exchange

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any flaws.
Products may be tried on for fitting purposes and will still be considered unworn. - The product must be intact with all tags attached.
- An exchange request must be made within 3 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including the
receipt/invoice and original packaging, with barcode tags attached.
What If I Lose the Receipt, Tags, or Barcode?

If you lose the purchase receipt or invoice, we may still consider your
exchange request. In this case, you will need to provide the contact
number used during the purchase so we can verify your purchase history. -
The exchange offer will no longer be valid if the tags or barcode are
irreparably damaged, altered, or bent.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will
evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
