Conditions for Exchange & Return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.

• The product must be intact with tags.

• An exchange or return request must be done within 3 days of the purchase.

• All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipt/invoice and packaging) with barcode tags attached.

What if I lose the money receipt/tags/barcode?

• We will consider it if you lose the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number so we can check your purchase history.

• The exchange offer will no longer be valid anymore for any irreparable damage or bending of the tags or barcode.

Damages and issues:

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.

Please return the product to us after consulting with Customer Support and we will arrange a full refund within 15 days after receiving the returned product(s) upon the fulfillment of our Return and Refund Policy. If there is any problem from our side we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds otherwise, the customer has to bear the expense of the return shipping.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with the reference number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue store credit for your returns.
