Exchange Request
Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws.
- The product must be intact with tags.
- An exchange or return request must be done within 7 days of the purchase.
Note: You must return the product within the specified time through Pathao Courier for return or exchange request approval.
শর্তাবলী:
- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পরিধানহীন, ধোয়া, অপরিবর্তিত এবং কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়াই হতে হবে।
- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই ট্যাগ সহ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
- ক্রয়ের 7 দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ অনুরোধ করা আবশ্যক।
বিঃদ্রঃ রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ রিকোয়েস্ট অনুমদন এর জন্য আপানদের পাঠাও কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে নির্দিষ্ট সময় এর মধ্যে পণ্যটি রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
